As a passionate believer in the goodness of matcha, I'm a slow foodie on a mission to inspire others to eat, drink, and use more matcha in their daily lives all while living purposefully. I now work as content creator (@matchaandmoi) for various matcha and sustainable food brands who share these same values. Coming from a multicultural background, and having devoted my undergraduate studies to sustainable food systems at UC Berkeley, I understand the importance of preserving cultural culinary experiences.
