Paul Sayed

As a bartender, Paul enjoys creating riffs on classic cocktails using fresh, seasonal, and regional ingredients. Paul began working in the food industry as a dishwasher and then eventually became promoted to a bartender in 2006. Because of how he became a bartender, he believes that anyone who can taste can learn to make great cocktails. Outside of CCAE, Paul occasionally works with local chefs for private events and teaches cocktail classes for various types of organizations.
