Warming Winter Soups *In-Person*
Knowing the fundamentals of excellent soup is essential for your fall and winter meal rotations. This hands-on cooking class will make an international collection of satisfying, warming soups. The students will work in pairs to create: American tomato soup (with grilled cheese sandwiches, or course!), French carrot and parsnip soup, Chinese chicken hot and sour soup, and Portuguese kale and sausage soup. Dagmar Smith
Dagmar Smith has had a lifelong love for the culinary arts. A graduate of Cambridge School of Culinary Arts, she is classically trained, and has traveled extensively throughout the U.S. and Europe. Dagmar teaches at several adult education programs in the Boston area, and also offers private lessons both for individuals wanting to develop their skills, and for small groups organizing cooking lesson/dinner party events.
