Cake Baking and Decorating

In this class, the Pastry Chef Renata Tenorio will demonstrate how to bake a basic cake and how to elevate the flavors. Then, each student will work on decorating their own cake with different consistencies of buttercream and different piping techniques. You’ll learn how to pipe beautiful flowers. Please bring a 6-inch unfrosted cake and a box to transport your finished cake. The instructor will provide buttercream and decorating tools in class. Instructor: Renata Tenorio
