Valentine's Day: Wine and Appetizer

Let's spend time together this Valentine's day in a fun evening of wine and food pairings. We will prepare an assortment of appetizers, including brie tortes, marinated goat cheese, salmon pinwheels, stuffed cherry tomatoes, and puff-pastry parmesan herb straws. We will taste an assortment of crisp whites and hearty reds from both the New World and the Old World along with the appetizers. A fruit tart paired with a light, sweet, and clean Moscato D'Asti will provide a sweet finish. The tuition is per pair.

Dagmar Smith has had a lifelong love for the culinary arts. A graduate of Cambridge School of Culinary Arts, she is classically trained, and has traveled extensively throughout the U.S. and Europe. Dagmar teaches at several adult education programs in the Boston area, and also offers private lessons both for individuals wanting to develop their skills, and for small groups organizing cooking lesson/dinner party events.
