A North Indian Feast: Cooking Demonstration and A Full Indian Meal

Indian cuisine is just as expansive as European cuisine. Experience, participate, and taste a variety of dishes from North India, otherwise known as the Punjab. We’ll cook a chicken dish, a few vegetable sides, accompaniments, different breads, and end with a dessert, all while discussing the ancestry and origins of cuisine from all parts of India.
