The Art of Pastry

If you are a beginning home baker who wants to enhance your baking skills, this class is for you. Join us in this two-day intensive pastry class and learn different pastry techniques. On the first Saturday, we’ll start with French pastry classics, including puff pastry, sugar, and meringue. On the second Saturday, we’ll focus on tart, pâte à choux, pastry cream, and dessert sauce.
