Wines of Italy

Italy is a land of tremendous passion, with wines that reflect the personality of its people and history. This course will cover the geography and genealogy of grape varieties that have been cultivated since before even the Roman Empire. This includes wine from places like Sicily and Campania in addition to the better known regions of Tuscany and the Piedmont. Instructor: Jessica Sculley

Jessica Sculley loves to share her enthusiasm and knowledge of wine with anyone who is willing to listen - from people who can’t distinguish a red from a white to seasoned wine professionals. She holds the Wine and Spirits Education Trust Diploma and is a Certified Educator for the WSET, as well as a Certified Specialist of Wine from the Society of Wine Educators. She teaches and consults throughout the region, and offers wine tours throughout the year.
