Fermentation Workshop

Fermented foods are rich in probiotic bacteria and enzymes that help maintain intestinal flora, improve the digestive system, and enhance the immune system. Join Chef Jitti, the chef and owner of Heritage Food, who is an expert in fermentation. You’ll taste the fermented products as samples and make your own vinegar, kombucha, kimchi, and sauerkraut.
