Cheese and Wine Tasting

In this class, we'll match European wines with cheeses from the same country. We’ll taste a variety of cheeses and wines to explore the characteristics of each country and sample outstanding combinations. We’ll start with a German Mosel paired with butterkäse and end with a French Côtes du Rhône and Morbier cheese. There will also be pairing from Spain and Italy to enjoy and discuss. Dagmar Smith

Dagmar Smith has had a lifelong love for the culinary arts. A graduate of Cambridge School of Culinary Arts, she is classically trained, and has traveled extensively throughout the U.S. and Europe. Dagmar teaches at several adult education programs in the Boston area, and also offers private lessons both for individuals wanting to develop their skills, and for small groups organizing cooking lesson/dinner party events.
