Introduction To Cheese Making

Join us for a cheese making adventure. We’ll begin by initiating a few chemical reactions to start the process. While the curds and whey separate, we’ll review the fundamentals of cheese making. We’ll discuss why artisan cheeses are more complex in taste and variety, and sample regional artisanal cheeses. We will then go on to make ricotta, queso blanco, and paneer (actual cheeses may vary), as well as mozzarella balls. Bring a delicious homemade cheese or some local artisan cheeses to your next gathering.
