Around the World of Red Wine

Join us for this class and give your taste buds the opportunity to travel around the world of red wine as we sample a broad array of these luscious wines. While discussing topics ranging from how wine is made to the shape of the bottle, see how adept you are at discerning between a Pinot Noir and a Cabernet Sauvignon, or between a New World wine and an Old World wine. Learn what to look for on a wine label and how to choose a wine that works well with your favorite dish. Instructor: Steve Hoffman
