Celebrating Mardi Gras with Chef Shaun

Let’s celebrate Mardi Gras in our CCAE kitchen with Chef Shaun. We’ll make a delicious Mardi Gras feast, starting with with Creole hush puppies with remoulade sauce. We'll make chicken jambalaya with roasted pepper on dirty rice and traditional Maque choux as a side dish. We'll finish our fun time with a surprise dessert and a glass of wine!
