Croissant at Home

Spend your Saturday at home learning how to make an assortment of exquisite sweet and savory croissants, including almond croissants, flakey ham and swiss croissants, and decadent chocolate croissants. We’ll also talk about how to store the dough and croissant for later. During the first part of the class, Chef Evelyn will show you how to turn the dough into different shapes and flavors. In the second half of the class, you are welcome to make the yeasted dough along and laminate the dough. You’ll finish the rest of the lamination and bake the croissant after the class.
