Using YouTube for Business

This class introduces business operators to YouTube, and discusses how this service can be used as a low cost sales, marketing, advertising, and customer service tool. This is a non-technical class. You will learn what it takes to create, produce, manage, and promote a successful YouTube channel, and why YouTube videos should be a key component of almost any company’s online presence. This class is based on Jason R. Rich’s book, The Ultimate Guide to YouTube for Business (Entrepreneur Press).
