Dumplings and Wontons

Come learn the techniques and tips for making your own Chinese dumplings and wontons. Dumplings are one of the most popular food items in China. Dumplings can be boiled, steamed or pan-seared. We’ll use store-bought wrappers and also learn how to make the dough from scratch. We’ll also prepare fillings, fold dumplings, and cook them in different ways.
