Gluten Free Baking *NEW*

Gluten-free baking might sound challenging, but it can be as easy as pie. We’ll talk about different types of gluten-free flour and alternatives that help maintain the texture of the baked goods and also enhance the flavors that you won’t believe they are gluten-free. We’ll make gluten free blueberry muffins, chocolate cupcake with Swiss buttercream, coffee cake, and sweet potato pie. Gluten-free lunch will be served in class. Take home gluten-free baked goods to share with friends and family.
