Secrets of Hot Pot

Diners flock to Hot Pot restaurants to enjoy fresh ingredients right at their fingertips cooked in a bubbling pot of broth. Making Hot Pot at home may sound intimidating but it is easy and fun. We’ll review equipment needed, how to make flavorful stock bases, and guidelines for how to prepare the meal. We’ll survey different cuts of meats, seafood, vegetables, starches, and dipping sauce recipes. You’ll learn tips and tricks for preparing a supremely satisfying Hot Pot experience as we enjoy our delicious feast. Instructor: Jason Wang
