Great British Baking Homage

If you’re a fan of Great British Baking Show (sans the stress of competition) this is the class for you! You’ll be sure to become a “Star Baker” in your own right as we make genoise sponges, full & rough puff for vol-au-vents, choux paste and “creme pat” for your eclair sculptures. For lunch you will enjoy traditional English pub fare including pasties and bubble & squeak. Take home containers will be provided. Instructor: Edgar Ievins
