Indian Meals with Instant Pots

A pressure cooker is part of the Indian cooking culture. With advanced technology, Instant Pot has become ubiquitous. To help fasten the cooking time and enhance the flavors of Indian spice, we can cook and celebrate an Indian feast within a short period of time. We’ll make and enjoy a popular Indian lentil soup and chicken biryani. We’ll also make condiments including raitha (onion yogurt), chutney, and Indian snacks. You’ll leave the class with more confidence in using a pressure cooker at home. Instructor: Ashwini Ramanisankar
