Mexican Tortillas and Salsas

We’ll learn to make gluten-free corn tortillas from scratch. We’ll make two different versions of soft corn tortillas, and then learn how to use them in traditional Mexican dishes such as meat and vegetarian tacos and tostadas. We’ll also learn how to make some homemade salsas to complement. You’ll never have store bought salsa again! Instructor: Tamy Tiongson
