Vegetarian Korean Cooking *NEW*

Korean cuisine features mainly vegetables and harmonized sauces. Korean vegetarian dishes are simply delicious. In this hands-on class, we’ll learn how to make a variety of delicious home dishes. We’ll make vegetarian tteokbokki (spicy stir-fried rice cakes), vegetarian jajangmyeon (noodles in black bean sauce), and side dishes including pajeon (scallion pancakes), kimchi jigae, rice, kimchi, daikon, and cinnamon tea.
