Bollywood Movies: A Gateway to India *NEW*

Are you a fan of Bollywood movies and eager to learn more about Indian culture? Do you love movies but have hesitated to watch a Bollywood movie by yourself? Then this class is designed just for you! Every session, we will view snippets from a different movie and discuss elements of Indian culture related to it. Along the way, you will pick up a little Hindi, sing a Bollywood song or two and who knows, maybe even pick up some Bollywood dance moves! And since no discussion of Indian culture can be complete without food, we will also tingle your taste buds with Indian snacks. Join us for an exciting journey of Bollywood and discover India this winter. Tuition includes drinks and snacks. Instructor: Neha Coureil

Neha Coureil

Neha Coureil was born and raised in India. She started learning French at 13 and went on to do a Masters in French from Jawaharlal Nehru University in New Delhi. After teaching at the Alliance Française de Bombay for a few years she entered the corporate world of French multinational companies. Subsequently, an MBA from the HEC School of Business in Paris proved to be the steppingstone to an international career in Europe and Asia. She moved to the United States in 2007 with her husband and has since been involved with non profit organizations in New England. Joining CCAE as an instructor has allowed her to combine her love for the French language, movies and teaching!
