Asian Street Food and Beer Pairing *NEW*

Spend a Friday night with native Asian Chef Ploy and beer maven Kris to explore an Asian cultural journey into street food and enjoy beer pairing. We’ll start with Indonesian tahu gejrot, a tofu appetizer with palm sugar soy vinaigrette. We’ll make Filipino savory and sour soup (Sinigang) with chicken. We’ll also make Singaporean wonton mee, a noodles and wontons dish with cha shu pork and bok choy. We’ll finish the class with Vietnamese banana in coconut milk dessert. Leave your passport at home!
