Mind, Body, Heart: Meditation and Virtues *NEW*

Open your mind, body and heart. In this class, you’ll learn to develop awareness of yourself, other people and the world around you with love. We’ll cover techniques such as mindfulness and loving-friendliness in guided and individual meditations. After this class you’ll know how to meditate on your own, how to trust yourself, and how to face difficult emotions with self-compassion.
