Brazilian Festive Treats and Sweets *NEW*

Holiday is a magical moment with families gathering and sharing love. This year, let’s twist the dessert time with Brazilian treats and sweets. We’ll make Bolo de Rolo. We’ll also make classic Brazilian chocolate truffles, Brigadeiros, in three different flavors: traditional chocolate, caramel, and coconut. You will also learn how to decorate them as a gift for holidays. Vegetarian moqueca will be served as a light lunch. Stay festive. Instructor: Renata Tenorio
