Hungarian Kitchen

In this online class, Krisztina will bring you right into the heart of European cooking tradition. She will talk about her family’s recipes and traditions of Hungarian cuisine. We’ll start with lecsó (sausage, pepper, onions in paprika sauce) over rice and rakott krumpli (layered potato casserole with sausage and hard-boiled eggs). We’ll finish with delicious Hungarian crepes, palacsinta with assorted fillings. You’re welcome to flip your crepes along in your kitchen or just watch and learn. Instructor: Krisztina Perron
