A Taste of Eastern Caribbean *NEW*

Learn how to cook delicious eastern Caribbean food in this fun class. Shaun will talk about the history and culture of diversity and influence of Europe, Africa, India, and Spain that shape each island. We’ll make Trinidad style chicken curry with dhal that made from split peas. We’ll make simple Caribbean hearty soup. We’ll also blend our homemade jerk seasoning rub to make jerk chicken served with rice and peas. Enjoy the delicious meals and take home a homemade jerk seasoning rub. Instructor: Shaun Charles
