QI Flow: Metal Element *Online* *NEW*
QiFlow is a soothing and gentle exercise program that interweaves the most powerful and effective elements of TaiChi, Qi Gong and breathwork into one seasonal flow. Carefully curated to align with the four main seasons and one transitional season, the exercises incorporate the ancient Chinese theory of the Five Elements. Each seasonal QiFlow is designed to help unblock energy stagnation while opening up the internal energy pathways. Fall is the time to let go and release all that is no longer needed. An inward energetic shift begins. This season is associated with the Metal Element. The series of exercises in the fall flow are formulated to strengthen and nourish the lung energy system and counter the emotions of grief and sadness while cultivating the energy of courage and inner strength.
