Russian Dumplings: Pelmeni and Vareniki *In-Person*

Described as the "heart of Russian cuisine," there is nothing quite so cozy and comforting as Russian dumplings, pelmeni and vareniki. This class will begin with making the dough from scratch. While the dough is resting, we’ll make the meat fillings for pelmeni and then vegetarian fillings for vareniki. Olga will discuss folding techniques and how to best cook and serve them.
