Italian Wine and Cheese Pairing *In-Person* *NEW*

Ciao! After centuries of wine and cheese production, Italian flavors haven’t lost popularity—there’s a reason for that! In this class we’ll try the classics like Sangiovese and Parmigiano, as well as lesser known grape and cheese pairings. Through tasting, we’ll explore the traditions of ancient Italy and witness how they've evolved in the hands of modern-day cheese and wine makers. Instructor: Hannah Morrow
