French Low Intermediate: Le B.A. BA du subjonctif *In-Person* *NEW*
In addition to remembering the different endings for verbs according to their subjects and to the tense that is used, as a French speaker you also have to know when to use the Subjonctif mode. In this class, students will learn how to recognize situations where the Subjonctif is required and how it is formed. They will practice their listening skills and learn some new vocabulary and who knows, perhaps even some songs! This class is recommended for students at low intermediate level and above (CEFR A2+ and above).

Neha Coureil
Neha was born and raised in India. She started learning French at 13 and went on to do a Masters in French from Jawaharlal Nehru University in New Delhi. After teaching at the Alliance Française de Bombay for a few years she entered the corporate world of French multinational companies. An MBA from the HEC School of Business in Paris proved to be the steppingstone to an international career in Europe and Asia. She moved to the US in 2007 and has since been involved with non-profit organizations in New England. Since leaving India, Neha has also taught Indian cooking aiming to “demystify” Indian restaurant staples and to celebrate the lesser-known regional cuisines. In 2019, she joined CCAE's instructor team where she enjoys teaching French with the help of different tools, like movies and songs (and yes, even students that are shy at first do join in and sing along!).
