Korean Kitchen

One of the most healthful of the Asian cuisines, tasty Korean cuisine features mainly vegetables and harmonized sauces. In this hands-on class, we'll learn how to make a variety of delicious Korean dishes. Winter Menu: tteokboki, jjiajongmeon, and side dishes including pajeon (scallion pancakes), braised black beans, kimchi, and mackerel camping stew.
