Join Chef Colin and learn the secrets of cooking Italian food. Let’s hear the story behind Aperol spritzes, an award-wining Crudo menu and handmade pastas. You’ll learn how to make and enjoy a full meal from antipasti, pasta, secondi, and dolce. Come and enjoy this fun experience.

A lifelong New Englander, Colin grew up in Newburyport, Massachusetts and received his Bachelor’s Degree at the Culinary Institute of America before settling in Boston. Starting in 2004, he was Chef de Cuisine at Barbara Lynch’s No. 9 Park, and later Executive Chef for the Gruppo, leading the planning and opening of multiple restaurants. In June 2016, Colin opened Bar Mezzana in the South End with wife Heather Lynch and former Gruppo colleague Jefferson Macklin, which has received rave reviews from local press and guests who praise the inspired crudo, handmade pastas, and warm hospitality.
