Chris Bentley

My path to computer graphics was roundabout. I began my career as a kindergarten and junior high school teacher. An animation film festival made me curious about how the computer images were generated. Then I earned a Certificate of Applied Science in Computer Science from Harvard Extension School and eventually an MS in Computer Science from WPI. This led to a 32 year career in high tech, the last 27 of which were at ATI/AMD working on Apple Macintosh graphics. Throughout my time I never lost my passion for teaching and sharing my interest in computer graphics.
