Private Classes at CCAE
Enjoy the full CCAE experience, in a more intimate setting, just for you and your group! Our private classes are a great way to celebrate special occasions, spark creativity in team-building events, or simply have fun with friends.
Whether you're planning a company outing, a birthday celebration, or a casual get-together, choose from one of our preexisting class offerings or we’ll work with you to design the perfect in-person or online class customized for your group. Class sizes are flexible and can last between 1.5-3 hours long.

Rent our Space
Cambridge Center for Adult Education offers a variety of classroom and meeting spaces in two historic properties at 42 and 56 Brattle Street, conveniently located near the Harvard Square station in Cambridge. For your diverse meeting needs, the spaces at CCAE range from standard class and conference rooms to a state-of-the-art kitchen. Bring your staff for a distinctive team building opportunity, celebrate your birthday with family & friends, or host a private event.

- The fully equipped kitchen holds up to 16 people.
Facilities + Amenities
- CCAE's fully-equipped kitchen includes 2 conventional ovens, 1 convection oven, an eight burner gas cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and sanitizer. Pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and glassware also included.
- There is optional outdoor seating in a lovely courtyard.
- Free WiFi access.

Note: Rentals beyond normal hours of operation are subject to an additional staffing fee. All multipurpose room rentals require a 2 hour minimum.
