Elena Shabliy

Elena Shabliy received a Master of Liberal Arts and a Ph.D. from Tulane University. She earned her BA and an MA equivalent with high honors and a gold medal from Lomonosov Moscow State University. Dr. Shabliy was a visiting researcher at Columbia University, NYU, Harvard University, and Boston University. In 2018, she completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard. Currently, she is a visiting researcher at Columbia University. Elena Shabliy has published books on climate change, clean energy, and gender justice.
