Mimi Manyin

Mimi Manyin, MFA, is a writer, musician, and editor. Her work has been published in Ploughshares, Witness, Michigan Quarterly Review, Meridian, Greensboro Review, and elsewhere, and is forthcoming in Bennington Review. She has received support from the Bread Loaf Writers’ Conference, the Tin House Summer Workshop, the Sewanee Writers’ Conference, and the Kenyon Review Writers Workshop. Mimi also regularly hosts Silent Reading Parties, where she improvises on the piano to set the mood for reading and writing.
