Nahuel Palomeque is a professionally trained cook from Buenos Aires, Argentina. His experience spans fine dining, catering, and large-scale events. A graduate of the prestigious Gato Dumas Culinary Institute, Nahuel has worked in high-pressure culinary environments including the United States Embassy in Buenos Aires and the residence of the Archbishop of Buenos Aires. In addition to restaurant and institutional experience, he founded his own catering business specializing in pastries and baked goods. Known for his strong work ethic, leadership skills, and creativity in the kitchen, Nahuel is especially passionate about continuing to grow as a baker in the United States. He brings international culinary training, hands-on experience, and a deep love of food and hospitality to every kitchen he joins.
