Neran Rohra is a REALTOR® and Real Estate Advisor with Coldwell Banker Realty and has been helping buyers and sellers throughout Massachusetts since 2018. He especially enjoys working with first-time homebuyers because he understands that buying your first home can feel exciting, but also confusing and overwhelming. There are a lot of questions along the way, from figuring out what you can comfortably afford to understanding inspections, offers, negotiations, and the closing process. Neran’s approach is simple: give buyers the information they need, be honest about what they’re seeing, and help them make decisions they feel good about.
