Pablo Goldbarg
Pablo Goldbarg is a Cambridge-based independent bottler, whisky author, and podcast host. As the founder of Catador Itinerante, he curates single cask world whiskies for the US market the way a gallery owner selects art: with conviction, and deep respect for the maker. His debut book, Supposedly Understanding Whisky — written in Spanish — is available in five countries, and his podcast Nocturno en Whisky is currently in its seventh season. With a background in film, advertising, transcreation, and a decade in bilingual public policy communications, he brings cultural depth and genuine enthusiasm to every tasting room he walks into. His basenji is named Peaty. Not a coincidence.
