Victor Sheen

Victor Sheen discovered a passion for sourdough during the 2020 pandemic. He went on to develop an approachable take on classic sourdough, demystifying the bread-making process. Victor enjoys teaching and sharing sourdough as a way to build community and bring people together.

When he is not shaping and baking bread, Victor can be found in his pottery studio, throwing and refining his moon jars. Victor graduated from MIT in 2004 with a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development and currently works as a housing advocate and residential developer in the Boston area.
