Special Instructions:

• Please wear jeans and a cotton t-shirt and bring along a long-sleeve cotton shirt or hooded sweatshirt.

• Avoid synthetics or polyester as these are flammable.

• Please, no sandals or open toe shoes, or heels. Sneakers/ comfortable shoes only.

• You will be asked to remove most jewelry before beginning so consider leaving it at home for your convenience.

• Feel free to bring food and drink or a snack
