In-Person Safety Guidelines

CCAE has adopted the following guidelines to ensure the safety of students, instructors, and staff in our in-person classes.

In-Person Safety Guidelines

Masks Update:

Masks will be optional throughout our facilities. We ask everyone to respect others' choices on masking.

Students enrolled in in-person classes must show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination to a CCAE staff member prior to attending their first class. CCAE staff will be present at the registration desks or at the entrance of the buildings and will be ready to check your vaccination status when you arrive for your class. Our staff and instructors are 100% vaccinated.

Proof of vaccination includes:

  • CDC issued COVID-19 vaccine card

  • Image of your COVID-19 vaccination card

If you are feeling sick we ask that you do not enter CCAE buildings or attend in-person classes.

Hygiene Measures:

  • Personal water bottles may be filled up at our water bubblers. Paper cups will be available on a limited basis.

  • Doors and windows will be kept open for airflow when weather and classroom conditions allow.

  • We have increased cleaning throughout the building, especially in high-touch areas and bathrooms.

General Guidelines:
Any students, faculty, or staff who test positive for COVID-19 are asked to notify CCAE.

Please continue to check back for further information and updates.
