Join CCAE in celebrating Pride Month this June with this selection of special events and classes:

Pride Meet and Mingle Chocolate Tasting
Thursday | Jun. 26 | 6 - 8 pm
Celebrate Pride at CCAE for an evening of chocolate tasting and connection with this special LGBTQIA+ edition of our popular Meet and Mingle series! It has been shown that people are able to find bonds more easily when engaging in a shared experience that involves learning new things. At this event, we’re going to teach you some new things about chocolate, and as you sit and learn and taste and enjoy, you might just find something interesting about someone new who is sharing the experience with you. Guests will be seated for a series of guided tastings of curated craft chocolate, with guests switching tables each round for circulation. Folks who feel a connection will be able to exchange information before the conclusion of the event.

Open Studio for Life Drawing: Drag Extravaganza!
Saturday | Jun. 28 | 10 am - 1 pm
Join us for a special open figure drawing session where our model is none other than Boston's own drag superstar Briar Blush! (briarblush.com). This is a unique Saturday three-hour open drawing session that will bring art and performance together in our courtyard at 56 Brattle St. *In the event of inclement weather, class will be held inside the art studio.
