Alan Tauber

DrumConnection is one of Boston’s oldest drumming schools founded and directed by Alan Tauber. Tauber, a 41-year veteran of the hand drums of Africa, Cuba, Haiti, and Brazil. His school has turned out many of America’s best drummers who have gone on to keep drumming in their lives. Others have started their own schools in many countries. Alan, a NEC and Berklee College teacher, has developed a powerful method of classroom teaching for soon-to-be drummers.
