Alyson Lie

Alyson Lie has been practicing Insight Meditation intensively since 2012. She has been on two and a half months of silent meditation retreats, attended countless meditation workshops and non-residential retreats, and has first-hand experience of the joyous states that can arise during meditation. She leads drop-in meditation sessions at the Cambridge YWCA residences and at Heading Home, Inc., a transitional shelter for formerly homeless women. She is a member of the Cambridge Insight Meditation Center and a participant in the 2019-2021 Spirit Rock Community Dharma Leader program. She is also co-editor of Leaping Clear, an online magazine of the arts, literature, and contemplation (leapingclear.org).
