Anne Muskopf

Anne was inspired to bake sometime after her older sister wouldn't share her baked goods, around high school. She's been making her own bread on a near-weekly basis for over 15 years, and became an avid fresh-milled flour and sourdough advocate 5 years ago. She has taken classes from Ciril Hitz (Johnson & Wales), Andrew Janjigian (aka Wordloaf, formerly Cook's Illustrated), Sarah C.
