Anne Muskopf

Anne was inspired to bake sometime after her older sister wouldn't share her baked goods, around high school. She's been making her own bread on a near-weekly basis for over 15 years, and became an avid fresh-milled flour and sourdough advocate 5 years ago. She has taken classes from Ciril Hitz (Johnson & Wales), Andrew Janjigian (aka Wordloaf, formerly Cook's Illustrated), Sarah C. Owens (cookbook author), Blair Marvin (Elmore Mountain Bread) and others, many at the Kneading Conference. You can see her work on Instagram @bread_ministry.
