Jamie Rose Valera

Jamie Rose Valera is an art historian and researcher attending Boston University’s M.A. program for history of art and architecture. Prior to this, she received her B.A. with high distinction from the California College of the Arts for history of art and visual culture. Valera’s findings, outside of academia, can be found in various arts and culture magazines. She has also extensively worked with students, and currently teaches at the Cambridge Center for Adult Education. In addition, she is also involved at the Boston Athenaeum in assisting with the re-interpretation of the special collections on American art and history.
