Jennifer Burks

Jennifer Burks is an active professional soprano, voice teacher, and researcher. She holds a Master’s of Music in Vocal Pedagogy from the New England Conservatory of Music and a Bachelor’s of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of Arkansas. Jennifer owns the company Real World Voice Co, where she guides singers towards a deeper understanding of how their voice works and how to use it in a way that achieves their goals. She works with students of every age in a variety of styles. Her commitment to every singer is to provide a joyful environment that promotes confidence, individuality, and self-expression. In Spring of 2024, Jennifer is excited to expand her offerings to speaking voice users who are interested in taking their spoken voice to the next level. She is consistently involved in ongoing education to continue learning about the voice and its complexities.
